Note: You will no longer need a sticker for NON gas-powered boats and kayaks.
Primary Lot = $165
Secondary Lot(s) = $115
Gas-powered boat = $50.
The Board will be collecting a $100 fee per primary property owner for the Repair/Replacement of three (3) Bridges/Crossings. These funds will be placed in a high yield earning account and used only when needed for these projects. (For additional details, please contact the office.)
Gate access fees are combined this year with the purchase of the vehicle sticker for a total of $50 per vehicle/ATV/UTV/Golf cart.
Security Fee = $70 per Property Owner.
Trash Fee = $60 per Property Owner.
The Board will not be charging an asphalt fee this year. The funds raised, but not used, in the 2025-2026 fiscal year are still available for asphalt work to be completed in the 2026-2027 fiscal year. Those funds were never used for any other purposes contrary to what you may have read on the Facebook.
Our Lakes and Beaches are private and may only be used by property owners and their guests. We do not allow access to Non-Property owners. The Board will collect $15 per primary property owner. [Note: this fee is NOT collected per lot or per beach/lake visit.] We want to keep the lakes and beaches in good condition and ready for all property owners to enjoy if you are fishing, or just laying out at the Beach.
While Jack & Tricia are not board members, they will be your point of contact for questions or concerns. Please remember the office is a place of business and professionalism.

Hours: Open from 6 AM – 8 PM Daily.
→ Please read and follow all signage at the dump. Up to $500 fine for Illegal dumping.
Please use appropriate bins for clothing and shoe donations.
During the first week of June, 2026 over $1,200 in fines were billed due to Illegal dumping.

Culvert at Wahoo Beach
Dear Property Owners and Tenants, Maintenance has replaced the culvert at Wahoo Beach. You’ll notice a yellow pole at the end of the culvert. Please be careful going around that corner as the ditch is two (2) feet deep. Maintenance is in the process of widening this area/corner of the road at that turn. Again, please be careful rounding that corner. Thank you for your support.
